3 ingredient Guacamole

June 8, 2018 by Tony

This 3 ingredient Guacamole recipe is easy to prepare and so delicious! Growing up this is the way my mom made it, and how I continue to make for my family. My family doesn’t play around when it comes to guacamole. It is usually gone in about five minutes.

The real trick to great guacamole is to use good ripe avocados. Nice and soft, but not overly squishy. Firm but not rock-hard either.

Now this is great with tortilla chips, but we use it for much more. Tacos, burgers, well pretty much any savory meal.
