Stacked Smoked Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients

  • 2 racks Baby back ribs membrane removed
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp dry mustard
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1.5 tbsp kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp dried parsley
  • 2 tbsp light brown sugar firmly packed
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl

  2. Coat ribs with olive oil and rub with seasoning

  3. Wrap with plastic wrap; refrigerate over night

  4. Remove plastic and preheat smoker to 250°

  5. Place on grill, stacking on top of each other and close lid. Smoke for 3 hours then rotate and smoke 3 more hours.
